California car, built in San Jose. Originally a 289 C code 2 bbl carb with a 4 speed - upgraded with a 351W 4 bbl and Tremec 5 speed. Engine was built with a mild race cam and has plenty of HP. Lowered front and rear. Traction bars, 9" posi-trac rear end. Hydraulic clutch, drum brakes, no power steering. High back bucket seats. Very streetable as a daily driver, but can be taken to the strip for some fun. The car has minor rust bubbles under the paint in the corner of the driver side door. Paint is a 10 footer. It looks good going by, but needs to be repainted to be nice. Glass, interior trim, chrome are all in good shape. Front and rear frame rails are solid. There is no structural rust. That is to say, none of the critical support areas (frame rails) are rusty. Like many Mustangs, you will find evidence of minor rust in the floors. If you're looking for an inexpensive and fun weekend toy that you can drive and enjoy today, this is it.
